At Yuno, we prioritize quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Since our products fall under the food category, we follow strict guidelines for returns and refunds.
π« No Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
β Replacement / Refund Eligibility
We offer replacement or refund only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product is expired or spoiled.
- Packaging is tampered or defective.
Customers must raise a request within 24β48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with valid proof.

To process your request, please share:
- Unboxing video OR.
- Clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice.
π Resolution Process
- Replacement will be prioritized wherever possible.
- If replacement is not available, refund will be initiated.
πΈ Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

- UPI: up to 5 working days.
- Cards: up to 7 working days.
- Net banking: up to 10 working days.
β Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases are not eligible for return/refund:
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Taste preference or change of mind.
- Minor outer packaging damage without product impact.
π Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

As per e-commerce guidelines, refunds are generally issued in cases such as non-delivery, defective product, or service issues.
