About YUNO
We Started With a Question
Why do so many "healthy" breakfasts leave you hungry by 11 AM?
We dug into it. The answer kept coming back to the same things: ultra-processed oats stripped of their nutrition, hidden sugars disguised as "natural flavours", and protein levels so low your body burns through them before your second meeting.
That's what YUNO was built to fix.
The Case for Millets
Before oats dominated the breakfast aisle, Indian kitchens ran on millets. Ragi, jowar, bajra – grains that had been nourishing people for thousands of years. They're high in fibre, rich in plant protein, and have a naturally low glycaemic index. They keep you full. They keep you steady.
Somewhere along the way, we traded them in for convenience. YUNO is a small shift back home.
We source our millets carefully – choosing varieties that retain their nutritional integrity, not just their name on a label. Because the grain matters as much as what you do with it.
No Sugar. Not Even the "Good" Kind.
This was non-negotiable for us.
Most healthy breakfast brands sweeten their products with honey, agave, coconut sugar, or dates – and market them as sugar-free. The glycaemic impact tells a different story.
We spent a long time figuring out how to make YUNO genuinely delicious without any of it. The sweetness you taste comes from ingredients that don't spike your blood sugar – think roasted nuts, slow-toasted grains, and a touch of monk fruit where needed. Nothing hidden. Nothing misleading.

Protein & Fibre – Because One Without the Other Isn't Enough
A breakfast that's high in fibre but low in protein will still leave you reaching for a snack by mid-morning. YUNO is built around both – enough protein to support muscle and satiety, enough fibre to keep digestion smooth and hunger at bay.
It's not a complicated formula. It's just one that most breakfast brands haven't bothered to get right.

Built for Real Mornings
YUNO isn't a supplement. It's not a protein shake pretending to be food. It's breakfast – real, satisfying, and made from ingredients you'd recognise in any traditional Indian kitchen.
No hunger at 11. No 3 PM crash. Just a morning that actually sets you up.
That's the whole idea.
