What We Use for Sweetness

If you’re wondering what this is sweetened with,
here’s the straight answer.
We use a combination of:
- Stevia
- Erythritol
- Inulin
All three are widely used in foods and have been studied extensively.
Like most ingredients, the context of use matters.
In small, controlled quantities, they are considered safe for regular consumption.
And just to put things in perspective —
a typical sweetened breakfast can easily have
10–15 grams of sugar.
What we’ve done here is keep that overall load much lower,
while still keeping the taste where it needs to be.
That’s all there is to it.
