Most people switch to oats when they’re trying to eat healthy.
It makes sense.

But we kept coming back to one thought —
Why did we move away from millets?
They’ve always been part of how we’ve eaten in India.
Not new. Not imported. Just… slowly forgotten.
And nutritionally, they hold up really well.
More fiber. Steady energy. Keeps you full longer.
So it wasn’t really about oats vs millets.
It was simpler than that —
If millets are so good, why aren’t we eating them anymore?
The answer is pretty straightforward.
They’re not convenient.
They take time, effort, sometimes even a bit of skill to get right.
And most mornings don’t allow for that.
Which is fair.
So instead of trying to change habits,
we looked at it differently —
What if millets just fit into the way we already eat?
No extra steps. No learning curve.
🥣 It feels modern.
But it’s really just something we’ve always had… made simpler.
